Dalal과 Triggs가 발표한 보행자 검출 알고리즘은 대표적인 보행자 검출 알고리즘이다. 이 알고리즘은 보행자를 표현하기 위해 HOG 특징 벡터를 사용하고, 보행자와 비보행자를 분류하기 위해 HOG 특징 벡터를 이용한 SVM 알고리즘을 사용하고 있다. 효율적인 알고리즘의 구현을 위해 몇 개의 변수 설정이 요구되고 설정된 값들은 알고리즘 성능에 영향을 준다. 본 논문은 Dalal & Triggs 보행자 검출 알고리즘에서 변수 hitThreshold, winStride, scale, finalThreshold의 설정 값에 따른 보행자 검출 성능을 분석한다. |

(English Abstract) |
The pedestrian detection algorithm presented by Dalal and Triggs is a representative pedestrian detection algorithm. This algorithm uses HOG feature vectors to represent pedestrians and SVM algorithm using HOG feature vectors to classify pedestrians and non-pedestrians. Several variable settings are required to implement an efficient algorithm, and the set values affect the algorithm performance. This paper analyzes the pedestrian detection performance according to the set values of hitThreshold, winStride, scale and finalThreshold in Dalal & Triggs pedestrian detection algorithm. |
